No People    :

It has been suggested that the only thing we take photographs of is ourselves - that no matter what we point the camera at, the only thing we can hope to derive from the resulting image is that value or form or quality or idea that is relevant to us.    No People    is a group exhibition of contemporary photomedia art exploring the capacity of the camera to absorb our anthropomorphic concerns by taking as subject anything but an actual person with the express intent of conveying human value.

List of Artists - No People:

Alex Wisser, Damian Dillon, Ella Dreyfus,    Georgia Blackie,    Georgina Koureas,    Goran Tomic, Hayley Hill, Jason SG White, Jenny Evans, Jon Reid, Kurt Sorensen, Lena Obergfell,    Marcela Vilaplana,    Marieka Walsh, Melissa Howe,    Melissa Verschelde,    Polly Thornton,    PUNK MONK (Alexander Papasavvas & Clare Devlin- Mahoney),    Rachael Everitt, Sarah Versitano, Sue Storry, Thomas C Chung, Yvette Hamilton, Zachery Handley-Garben.
